have to worry either as should your item go faulty during the manufacturer's
warranty period just give us a call and we can resolve this for you.
Should you live in
one of the postcode areas that we cover (B, BB, BD, BL, CH, CV, CW, DE, DH, DL,
DN, DY, EH, FK, FY, G, HD, HG, HU, HX, KA, KY, L, LA, LE, LL, LN, LS, M, ML,
NE, NG, OL, PR, S, SK, SR, ST, SY, TF, TS, WA, WF, WN, WR, WS, WV, YO), products
from Panasonic, Sony, Toshiba, Samsung and LG can be repaired in your
own home with no charge to yourself. At
the moment we are currently able to fix 70-80% of jobs in the home using our highly
skilled field engineers who will visit you at your home to see if your problem
can be resolved straight away.
No worry though
either if we can't fix it in home as we won't leave you stranded without your
product as we can offer you a free of charge loan set to make use of whilst
yours is sent away for repair. Once it has been fixed we simply then just
arrange for it to be delivered back to you, it couldn't be any easier and with
no costs or hassle involved you can't lose out. (so long as it is covered by
the manufacturer's warranty and there are some exclusions to this such as
accidental damage or finger trouble e.g if it needs re-tuning).
With some companies
you need to arrange for the faulty product to be sent back yourself and then
are left without something to use in the meantime but at Electrical Experience
we won't, if we can't fix it then we loan you a product to use. In a way we are
like the AA, if they can't fix your car at the roadside they take the vehicle
to be repaired, so we are like this, if we can't fix it at your home we will
take it to be repaired!
